By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding contract with Soul of Sol, located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, registered under KvK number 86285483.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <h2>1. General Applicability<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        These terms apply to every offer, transaction, and agreement established between Soul of Sol and the Customer. Any deviations are invalid unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by us.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <h2>2. Products and Ordering<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Our items are luxury artisanal candles. Minor textural variations are part of the raw beauty of natural candle-making. A contract is officially established the exact moment your order is successfully submitted via our digital form and confirmation has reached your email address.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <h2>3. Pricing and Payments<\/h2>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li>All product prices displayed on the website are listed in Euros (\u20ac) and are inclusive of Dutch VAT (Btw).<\/li>\r\n        <li>Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout prior to finalizing payment.<\/li>\r\n        <li>Payments are processed securely via <strong>Mollie<\/strong>. Orders are prepared for dispatch only after full authorization of funds is verified.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n\r\n      <h2>4. Delivery & Risk<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        We ship parcels across selected European nations using premium networks (PostNL, DPD). While we aim to fulfill shipping estimates, delivery timelines provided on screen are non-binding indicators. The risk of product damage or package loss transfers to the consumer the exact second the goods reach the specified delivery destination.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <h2>5. EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Under European Consumer Protection Laws, you possess the statutory right to cancel your purchase within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of parcel receipt without stating any reason. \r\n      <\/p>\r\n      <p>\r\n        <strong>Important Condition:<\/strong> Due to hygiene and the delicate composition of our premium fragrance goods, candles must remain completely unused, unburnt, and securely packed inside their pristine, original premium branded packaging with all seals untouched. Return postage expenses are fully borne by the customer.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <h2>6. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        All textual works, poetic descriptions, bespoke typography configurations, brand assets, imagery, and the \"Soul of Sol\" trademark are protected under Dutch and international copyright protocols. Total or partial replication without our explicit consent is strictly prohibited.\r\n      <\/p>\r\n\r\n      <h2>7. Governing Law and Disputes<\/h2>\r\n      <p>\r\n        Every agreement between Soul of Sol and the buyer is strictly subject to the laws of the Netherlands.
